Develop project plan on resources, schedule and quality.
Proactive troubleshooting and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive the development team towards the project goals.
Actively work with the Development team and Production team to avoid any risks of delays and source code quality.
Manage the team to deliver according to the milestones committed with customers.
Contribute to the development of the project team and the company through initiatives and knowledge sharing.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year experience in software development project management.
More than 2 years of experience in applying Software Development Life Cycle (analyze, design, develop, test, and apply) and experience using Software Design Patterns.
Equip with knowledge of source code management systems such as Git, SVN, etc.
Proficient in using project management tool, applying Scrum model management.
