Houze is looking for an engineer with many years of experience and talent for the position of QC Lead, who can meet the high job requirements in a fast-growing startup environment. As a member of the product development team, you will participate in the development of new features for products in the Houze ecosystem with exciting challenges. You will work directly with Project Manager, Tech Lead, Software Developers… In addition, Houze welcomes innovative initiatives in making products better, faster, and more efficient.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Over 5 years of professional experience in software testing.
Understanding of software testing such as testing phases (Unit Test, Integration Test, Functional Test, System Test…).
• Ability to research and use tools to support software product testing (Manual test and Automation Test).
• Experience in internal team development environment and actual deployment.
• Bonus points for you if: Automation Testing & Understand how the backend works.in basic DevOps skills (Jenkins, Gitlab-CI).
Other frontend skills (ES6, TypeScript, AngularJs, GraphQL).
Hands on Linux experience.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Understand the process and capture new features from the product development department.
Work with a lean team, collaborate with developers, guide and support teammates when needed.
Write test reports, write procedures, instructions.
Based on the test scenario (Test case), test the software, detect errors.
Work with other departments to capture details of bugs and feature requests from stakeholders.
