Resale Operations Manager


  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the resale operations process, including procurement, inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer needs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory management practices, including SKU rationalization, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of resale operations.
  • Lead a team of operations staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to drive productivity and quality.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall resale experience.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, such as product safety and data privacy.


  • 2+ years of profession experience about business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a resale or retail environment.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, inventory control, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in using inventory management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, and other relevant tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving operational targets and driving continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards related.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
