Project Sales Manager


  • Identify and target potential customers and projects consistent with company sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, influencers and industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with teams to propose appropriate solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activity and potential opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue from project sales.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms and price agreements with customers, ensuring profits and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies and market trends that can impact project sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns and promotional activities to support project sales.


  • More than 1 year of profession experience about business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends related to the company’s products or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and ifluence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
